Clients looking to settle before the holidays?
Make sure you’re aware of these key dates.
To ensure settlement to be completed in time for the holidays all home, commercial and SMSF loans will need to be:
Formally approved by COB
8 December
Documents fully signed by COB
15 December
Of course, this is dependent on acceptance from third parties, including outgoing lenders and the seller’s solicitors.
We’ll be taking bookings in between 27 - 30 December 2023 but there will be limited capacity to complete in these 3 days.
